Our Part Seasoned Softwood is partially dried and not yet ready to burn (typically 25%+ moisture), making it ideal for customers who can store logs and allow them to season perfectly over warmer months. With the correct storage and airflow, these logs will continue to season naturally — ready for efficient burning next Winter.
Once fully seasoned, softwood logs are lighter and less dense, meaning they light easily and burn quickly. They’re ideal for getting a fire started or for shorter burns, making them great for kindling or starting a fire. Softwood produces a lively flame and is great when used alongside hardwoods.
Our wood is recycled from our tree business, Browns Tree Solutions Ltd, making it a sustainable and eco-friendly choice. At Firewood Fuel, we aim to be as energy-efficient and economical as possible.
